In the area of distribution contracts, our clients benefit from the specialized franchise expertise of one of the partners. We represent the interests of franchisors, franchisees and area developers, also known as "Master Franchise". We draft, negotiate and advise our clients on various types of distribution contracts such as exclusive distribution, selective distribution and exclusive purchasing.

Custură, Mocanu şi Asociaţii represents both companies large and small, free lancers and other professionals who seek legal advice and protection for their businesses.

Intellectual property is central to our work for all types of corporate clients, as well as for free lancers in the artistic field. We counsel, draft contracts and negotiate on various business transactions that involve Intellectual Property. We also handle trademark registrations and oversee trademark portfolios. Our attorneys draft trademark licenses, software and patent licenses, nondisclosure agreements and confidentiality agreements.

In addition, Custură, Mocanu şi Asociaţii acts as outside general counsel for companies that do not have in-house counsel, regardless of their area of business. The firm also acts as special counsel for larger companies on matters within the firm's core competencies.
